Shine Online

The SHINE program is hitting the road and is coming to YOUR house! We can’t wait to meet you!

The SHINE program is here to support you, keep each other company and to grow through this experience of the Cononavirus.

We need each other big time right now!

Join our

4-week virtual LIVE classroom

where your child will learn life changing skills to work though emotions and feelings of all kinds, especially during these challenging times! We do this through:

  • The practice of yoga which is playful and age appropriate.
  • Rich and supportive conversation about the times we are facing.
  • Discovering Emotional Freedom Technique, a life changing self-healing tool to calm the nervous system.
  • Guided Meditations to find a quiet beautiful place that live inside.
  • Easy at home art projects + fun rituals for self-healing.
  • And of course, lots of virtual dance parties!

Here’s How We Will Gather

We will meet via Zoom in comfort of your home. Once you enroll, you will be emailed a link to our classroom. All you must do is download zoom to your computer or smart phone.

Your child will need a yoga mat or a towel and a small relatively quiet corner of your home.

To best meet each child’s needs, we have created sessions according to grade. If your child is on the cusp between two classes, please choose which ever session you feel will best suit your child.

Here’s what parents and kids have to say about the program…

“All this stay at home is trying for all of us. My daughter loved being able to connect with other friends and she has her “cheer me up” list hanging in her room for those trying times with Mom and Dad as teacher or missing her friends or just whatever. And the best part for me as Mom is I did yoga in the other room while she was on her call!”

“Thank you for continuing to offer your amazing program for the preteen girls. I did want to let you know that your program has made such a difference in her life. I’ve noticed her handling stress and pressure in much more positive ways, and I know it is all from what she has learned in your class.”
